Loving Variety

Loving Variety is about valuing all, regardless of identity, experience, title or years. It is about embracing and taking advantage of the different perspectives that different people have to offer. This Future Ideas Lab provides a forum to explore these perspectives and discuss how they can be used create the best solutions for clients and society. In partnership with our clients we look at how to communicate and share the concept of Loving Variety, enabling them to successfully improve diversity within their organisation.
